We represent ourclients in all phases of tender proceedings, including the legal assessment of the bid notices, structuring the participation of investors through consortia or special purpose companies, the drafting of legal documents and preparation of competitive bids, the drafting of bid and bid notice challenges, as well as administrative and court appeals.
